I would want NFL Sunday Ticket which requires a landline phone. I’m wondering if digital phone service from cable tv providers are considered landline phones. They use the same jacks in my house as a traditional phone company.
For the purposes of what you are refering to yes, you can consider a cable provider telephone service as a land line service, however in the general sence VoIP service is not considered land line service. The term land line refers to traditional POTS telephone service.
